The Firedancer Delegation Program is designed to delegate to validator operators who are committed to enhancing Solana's network performance, security and client diversity through Firedancer.

Requirements:

• Be part of the Solana Foundation Delegation Program (SFDP) or manage over 1 million SOL.
• Run Firedancer or Frankendancer on both testnet and mainnet.
• Maintain consistent and good performance.
• Stay connected via Discord for updates.

The Firedancer team reserves the right to approve or deny participation based on evolving program needs and treasury management. Being removed from the SFDP will result in termination from the Firedancer Delegation Program, except for operators with over 1 million SOL who are excluded due to delegation size rather than performance or misconduct.

Validator operators can choose to run Agave as a backup for upgrades or temporary maintenance without risking removal from the Firedancer Delegation Program.
